Нужно перевести прямую речь в косвенную. То есть, нужно сделать, чтобы слова говорящего превратились в наши слова. Как я понял из примера, менять форму глагола to say на вторую не нужно т. к. предложения написаны в present simple.

She says that her brother will help her.

They say that they went for a walk every day.

You say that you won't go to Tashkent tomorrow.

He says that his father is playing football with him.
