Passive voice подразумевает, что действие совершается над кем-то. (причём скорее всего нам не важно, кто совершает действие, важнее над чем он его совершает)

Я съел яблоко (Active voice) - яблоко было съедено (например: мной) (Passive voice). чувствуете разницу? :)

Past Simple: was/were +V3

Present simple: am/is/are +V3

Future simple: will be+ V3
