Natalia Vadymivna is the holder of more than 40 world records. The first woman in the world to overcome the 100-meter mark when diving to a depth of breath holding, as well as the world's first woman to hold her breath for more than 9 minutes. In addition to success in sports, she was a candidate of pedagogical sciences and associate professor of the theory and methods of applied sports and extreme activities. She was the author of 8 research articles, 2 textbooks, a textbook on the theory and methods of freediving, as well as a curriculum for teaching diving with respiratory arrest and training of freedivers-athletes.
