I always have a big breakfast with two or three slices of bread with butter on them. I also drink coffee and mineral water. At work, I have a yoghurt during the morning and an apple. Sometimes I have a carrot, too. Most people get snacks from the machine but I know they're unhealthy so I never do. For lunch, we often go out and I eat sushi with rice. I love it. It's nice with some lemon to give it a lovely sour flavour. In the evening, I try not to have meat. I usually have fish with some boiled potatoes but not too many and no later than six o'clock.
