Present Perfect - это настоящее совершенное время. Оно обозначает действие , которое завершилось в настоящий момент времени.

Грамматика:

I , they , you , we - используй HAVE.

He, She , It - используй HAS.

Если глагол правильный окончанием будет -ed. Если глагол неправильный используем форму V3 берем из таблицы неправильных глаголов. (в третьей форме).

В вопросительном предложении HAVE / HAS ставим на первое место.

В отрицательных предложениях - have not (haven't) , has not (hasn't).
