There seem to be two men, one young and the other elderly and a young woman along with them. They all are dressed in formal business attire. The people walking down the street clearly weren't prepared to be taken a picture of, judging by their demeanor. A presumption can also be made that it is about 4 pm judging by the shadows the individuals possess, but it is difficult to tell for sure because other factors have to be taken into account as well.
