But of course this activity is not for everyone. It takes much preparation, knowledge and skill. First of all, a person should be strong and healthy, otherwise his health problems can become worse. A person should also have strong character, he must be patient, hardworking and brave. He must be ready for emergency situations such as giving first aid to anyone who is in danger. A future mountain climber should be skilled to know what equipment to use and how to do that correctly. Among the most necessary equipment there are axes, ropes, runners, carabiners and so on.
