For example : Strong statehood – сильнаягосударственностьТекст In December 2012 the Head of State in his address to the Nation presented the Strategy for development of the Republic of Kazakhstan until the year 2050. Its main goal is the establishment of a welfare society based on a strong statehood, developed economy and universal labor opportunities, as well as Kazakhstan's joining the thirty most developed countries of the world. In order to create favorable environment for executing the Kazakhstan 2050 strategy, the president of Kazakhstan approved the new Foreign Policy Concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2014-2020. The concept calls for adherence to a multivector foreign policy and supports regional integration and conflict resolution. To achieve this goal, the "Kazakhstan-2050" Strategy implies implementation of seven long-term priorities:1. The economic policy of the new course is a comprehensiveeconomic pragmatism based on profitability, return on investment andcompetitiveness. 2. Comprehensive support for entrepreneurship - the leading strengthof the national economy. 3. New principles of social policy - social guarantees and personalresponsibility. 4. Knowledge and professional skills are key points of the modernsystem of education, training and retraining of personnel. 5. Further strengthening of statehood and development ofKazakhstan's democracy. 6. A consistent and predictable foreign policy is the promotion ofnational interests . 7. New Kazakhstani patriotism is the basis for the success of ourmultinational and multi-confessional society. Nazarbayev explained how these overall aims will be achieved through the application of the new policy to three key areas of macroeconomic policy and various sectors of the economy: Budgetary policy: The focus will be on long-term, national projects related to diversification of the economy and development of infrastructure. Tax policy: The focus will be on stimulating internal growth, driving exports and encouraging saving and investment by individuals. Monetary and debt policy: Key tasks of the National Bank of Kazakhstan and the Government in this area will be to manage inflation while encouraging economic growth.
